Job Overview: As a Wireless Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining wireless solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to understand the needs and requirements of our clients and translate them into technical solutions. You will also collaborate with our engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of these solutions. This is a highly technical role that requires a deep understanding of wireless technologies and the ability to design and deliver complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop wireless solutions for our clients that align with their business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' wireless networks and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Create detailed technical designs, including network diagrams, configurations, and equipment specifications.
• Implement and configure wireless solutions, including access points, controllers, and network infrastructure.
• Test and troubleshoot solutions to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for wireless solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in wireless technology and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop proposals, project plans, and timelines for wireless projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless networking, with a focus on designing and implementing complex solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi, LTE, and 5G.
• Experience with network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA Wireless, CWNA, or CWDP are a plus.
