Position: Education Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our team. As the Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our education programs, including curriculum development, program implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our programs and the achievement of our educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive education programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update program curriculum based on industry trends and best practices.
• Oversee the development and distribution of program materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
• Manage program budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery of education programs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule program sessions, secure venues, and arrange logistics.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure the quality and consistency of program delivery.
• Conduct regular evaluations to measure the impact and effectiveness of education programs, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to expand program reach and impact.
• Stay updated on industry developments and trends to inform program development and enhance program offerings.
• Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other events to promote education programs and build partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Experience in curriculum development, training, and facilitation.
• Knowledge of education policies, standards, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
