Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create choreography for performances, including original routines and adaptations of existing choreography
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that the choreography aligns with the overall vision and theme of each performance
Lead rehearsals and provide guidance and feedback to dancers to ensure the quality and accuracy of the choreography
Continuously explore and incorporate new dance techniques and styles into performances to keep our shows fresh and engaging
Manage and maintain costumes, props, and sets used in performances
Attend and participate in production meetings to discuss upcoming performances and provide input on choreography and staging
Coordinate and oversee auditions for new dancers and make recommendations for casting
Work with the marketing team to promote performances and engage with the community through dance workshops and classes
Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the dance industry to bring new and innovative ideas to our performances

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Dance or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional Dance Choreographer
Strong background in various dance styles, including contemporary, jazz, ballet, hip hop, and more
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Creative and artistic vision with a keen eye for detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in using choreography software and other relevant tools
Passionate about dance and committed to creating high-quality performances
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate rehearsals and performances
