Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops to undergraduate and graduate students in the field of education

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the field of education and incorporate them into the curriculum
• Engage in scholarly research and publish in top-tier academic journals
• Participate in departmental and university committees and contribute to the academic community through service and outreach activities
• Collaborate with other faculty members and professionals in the field to enhance the academic program and promote interdisciplinary learning
• Advise and guide students on their academic and career paths, providing support and resources to help them achieve their goals

Qualifications:

• A PhD in Education or a related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level, with a track record of excellence in teaching and student mentorship
• A strong research portfolio with a record of publications in reputable academic journals
• Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
