Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and resources, aligned with learning objectives and standards.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of curriculum content.
Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with our organization's goals.
Continuously evaluate and improve curriculum based on student feedback, industry trends, and instructional design techniques.
Develop assessment tools and rubrics to measure student learning and provide feedback for improvement.
Keep up-to-date with advancements in education technology and integrate them into curriculum development.
Train and support instructors on how to effectively implement the curriculum in their teaching.
Conduct regular evaluations and audits of curriculum to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth implementation and integration of curriculum into other programs and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of curriculum development processes and materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories.
Proficient in using educational technology tools and software.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and manage multiple projects.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
