Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to potential customers
• Greet and engage with customers, understanding their needs and providing them with personalized solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals by closing deals and upselling additional products and services
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide customers with the most relevant and competitive options
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and store goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using technology and mobile devices
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
