We are currently seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Developer to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview: As a Senior Oracle HCM Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM applications. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective and efficient solutions. You will be a key member of our development team, collaborating with other developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features and enhancements for Oracle HCM applications
- Customize and configure Oracle HCM modules to meet specific client requirements
- Develop integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems using APIs and web services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM applications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze business requirements
- Work with project managers to estimate development efforts and provide regular updates on project status
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM updates and enhancements and recommend new features to clients
- Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical expertise and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM development
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and data models
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL
- Experience with web services and APIs
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions
- Oracle HCM certifications are a plus
