Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Computer Hardware Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Computer Hardware Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all computer hardware components. You will also be in charge of troubleshooting any hardware issues that may arise and providing technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components such as CPUs, motherboards, RAM, and hard drives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware-related problems.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware upgrades to enhance system performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on all computer hardware.
• Keep track of inventory and order new hardware components as needed.
• Test and evaluate new hardware technologies to ensure compatibility with existing systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Computer Hardware Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Familiarity with networking and security protocols.
