Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based interventions and therapy to individuals, families, and groups
Monitor and evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients
Conduct crisis interventions and provide support to clients in emergency situations
Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and coping mechanisms
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of behavioral health and incorporate new techniques into practice

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health services
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for various behavioral health disorders
Strong understanding of ethical principles and boundaries in the field of mental health
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Ability to work independently and handle a caseload of clients with varying needs
Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other technology for documentation and communication purposes
Valid state license to practice in the field of mental health (e.g. LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
