Job Title: Curriculum Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. The Curriculum Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum guidelines, ensuring alignment with academic standards, and providing support to teachers in implementing the curriculum effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain curriculum guidelines for all subjects and grade levels, ensuring alignment with academic standards and objectives
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to create a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum plan
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making necessary revisions and updates as needed
• Provide support and resources to teachers to assist in the implementation of the curriculum
• Plan and facilitate professional development workshops for teachers to enhance their knowledge and skills in curriculum implementation
• Stay updated on current educational trends and research to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and effective
• Conduct regular assessments and data analysis to measure the success of the curriculum and make data-driven decisions for improvement
• Ensure that all curriculum materials and resources are accessible, organized, and up-to-date
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and resources to enhance the curriculum
• Collaborate with other Curriculum Coordinators to ensure consistency and alignment across all grade levels and subjects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and coordination, preferably in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design and instructional strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders
• Experience in leading professional development workshops
• Proficient in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into curriculum development is a plus
