Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular security assessments of our systems, networks, and applications to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.
Monitor network traffic and log data to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and make recommendations for enhancing our security posture.
Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify and address potential security issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Investigate security breaches and incidents, and provide recommendations for remediation and prevention.
Develop and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incidents.
Conduct security awareness training for employees to educate them on best practices for protecting company data and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of information security principles, best practices, and protocols.
Experience conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
Familiarity with network and system security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
Experience with security incident response and disaster recovery planning.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred.
