Responsibilities:

Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction
Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and advertising efforts
Advise clients on the buying, selling, and renting process and provide them with relevant market information
Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the transaction, including closing details
Stay up-to-date with current real estate trends and market conditions
Maintain a strong network of clients and industry professionals to generate referrals and repeat business
Attend property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential clients
Collaborate with other agents and brokers to facilitate transactions and provide excellent customer service
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with honest and accurate information to guide their real estate decisions

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in the use of technology, including CRM systems, social media, and online marketing platforms
Must have a valid real estate license in CA
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven track record of successfully closing real estate transactions
