Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating effective and engaging learning experiences for our employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, as well as strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials, including instructor-led training, eLearning courses, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and clarify learning objectives, content, and target audience.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective training programs.
• Utilize various authoring tools and multimedia software to develop interactive and visually appealing learning content.
• Create assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Conduct reviews and revisions of existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.
• Stay updated on instructional design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Experience in designing and developing blended learning solutions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
