Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Corporate Communications Director to join our growing team. As the Corporate Communications Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our corporate communications strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans to promote the company's image and reputation to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the creation of all corporate communications materials including press releases, speeches, presentations, and other written and visual content.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all media inquiries, building and maintaining relationships with key journalists and influencers.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for media coverage and thought leadership to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations and organizations to position the company as a leader in the industry.
• Manage crisis communications and issues management, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver internal communications programs that engage and inform employees.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
• Manage a team of communications professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing corporate communications strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Experience managing media relations and crisis communications.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in corporate communications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
