About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Jewelry Store Manager to join our team. As a Jewelry Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing a team of sales associates, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the jewelry industry and has a proven track record of success in a retail management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the store, including sales, inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and increase revenue
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
• Create and maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their purchases, answering product questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventory counts
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and negotiate favorable terms
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management
• Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the store and company
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and employees
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Passion for the jewelry industry and a strong understanding of luxury retail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
