Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store's team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of retail operations, and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Ensure the store's visual merchandising and displays are appealing and meet company standards
• Oversee store operations, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and daily paperwork
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement marketing and promotional strategies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities to make strategic business decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
