Job Title: Creative Arts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly creative and organized individual to join our team as a Creative Arts Coordinator. This role requires a passion for the arts and a strong understanding of project management. As a Creative Arts Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our creative arts programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the creative arts program, including planning, budgeting, and implementation
• Collaborate with artists and instructors to create engaging and innovative arts curriculum
• Coordinate and oversee all logistics for classes, workshops, and events
• Foster and maintain relationships with local artists, community organizations, and schools
• Coordinate marketing efforts to promote the creative arts program and increase participation
• Manage and track program budget, expenses, and revenue
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during program activities
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Fine Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit or community-based organization
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of marketing and social media strategies
• Passion for the arts and a creative mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
