Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that production targets are met within the given timeframe.
Develop and implement production schedules, taking into consideration factors such as materials availability, production capacity, and customer demand.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards.
Manage a team of production workers, providing them with guidance, training, and support to ensure their safety and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and quality control, to improve production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Keep accurate records of production data, including production rates, downtime, and quality control checks.
Identify and troubleshoot any production issues, working with the production team to find solutions and prevent future problems.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for production workers and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology to continuously improve production processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisor role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
