Overview: Craft Corps Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling various components to create a final product. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products are assembled accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
• Gather all necessary materials and tools for the assembly process
• Assemble components using various hand and power tools
• Inspect and test finished products for quality and accuracy
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the assembly process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Communicate any concerns or suggestions for process improvement to the production manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in assembly or a related field
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime if needed
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
