We are currently seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team and oversee our production processes.

Job Description: As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production operations of our machinery factory. You will work closely with our engineering, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time to our customers. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of production staff, ensuring their training and development, as well as maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve productivity and quality
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that all production processes are in line with design specifications
• Oversee the procurement and inventory of raw materials and production supplies
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed in the production facility
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards
• Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Create and maintain production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement new technologies and methods to improve production processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products to customers
• Manage production budget and ensure cost-effective production processes
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to improve production efficiency and meet company goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles is a plus
