About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As the Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to increase awareness and engagement for our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including community partners, volunteers, and team members, to achieve our outreach goals and promote our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach plans to promote our organization's mission and programs
• Identify and collaborate with community partners to expand our outreach efforts
• Plan and organize outreach events, including presentations, workshops, and community fairs
• Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance our organization's visibility and impact
• Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts
• Manage and update our organization's website and social media platforms
• Conduct research and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and make recommendations for improvement
• Train and oversee volunteers and interns to assist with outreach activities
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure messaging is consistent and aligns with our organization's brand
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and report on progress to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outreach and community engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 of experience in outreach, community engagement, or marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and content management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
