Job Description: As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in the leasing and marketing of our properties, while providing exceptional customer service to both current and prospective residents. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our properties are leased to their maximum potential and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours with prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of the property
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Prepare lease agreements and related documents accurately and efficiently
• Collect and process rental application fees, security deposits, and rent payments
• Conduct background and credit checks on potential residents
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing and resident information
• Assist in the creation and implementation of leasing and marketing strategies
• Stay knowledgeable about the local real estate market and competition
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Handle resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required, college degree preferred
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
