Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Capital Markets Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by providing strategic insights and analysis regarding the financial markets. This position requires a strong understanding of investment and capital markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on various investment opportunities, including stocks, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
• Monitor and track market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support investment decisions and evaluate the performance of existing investments.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, risk management, and compliance, to ensure investment strategies align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and new investment products to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Participate in due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities, including financial statement analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies, taking into consideration risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and return objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as brokers, traders, and investment bankers, to stay informed on market activity and potential investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, capital markets, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and risk management.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software.
• CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
