Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dairy Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Dairy Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dairy production facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our dairy production process, while also managing a team of production workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy production and proven leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dairy production facility, including supervising production staff, managing schedules, and ensuring production targets are met.
• Monitor and maintain production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and increase productivity.
• Train and mentor production staff, including providing guidance on best practices and enforcing safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with purchasing team to ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any maintenance needs and schedule repairs or replacements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dairy production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, equipment, and machinery.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
