Responsibilities:

Plan and book leisure travel packages for clients based on their preferences and budget

Research and stay up-to-date on popular tourist destinations, attractions, and activities

Develop strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors to secure the best deals and discounts for clients

Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients

Collaborate with clients to create customized itineraries that meet their specific needs and interests

Stay organized and maintain detailed records of client information, travel plans, and payment details

Utilize various booking systems and software to efficiently manage bookings and reservations

Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines

Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training opportunities and educational resources

Strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred

Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role

Extensive knowledge of popular travel destinations, tourist attractions, and travel industry trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in using booking systems and software

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
