Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the learning needs of our target audience.
Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and other resources, that align with learning objectives and meet the needs of our audience.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Incorporate various delivery methods, such as e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning, into curriculum development.
Continuously evaluate and revise curriculum materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and instructional design.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and best practices.
Experience in designing curriculum for various delivery methods, including e-learning and instructor-led training.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in instructional design software and other relevant tools.
