Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on company equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repairs.
• Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies.
• Perform quality control checks on completed repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a repair and maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
