Job Title: Electronics Production Supervisor

About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Electronics Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing process of electronic components and devices in our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics production and a proven track record of successfully managing production teams.As the Electronics Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that production schedules are met and that all products are manufactured to meet customer specifications. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team and ensure the smooth operation of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process, from receiving raw materials to final product assembly
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and identify areas for improvement
• Train and mentor production team members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure product specifications are met
• Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed to meet production demands
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain production targets
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve performance and develop their skills
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve production efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and equipment
• Proven experience in managing and leading production teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
