Salary: USD: $5,000 - $7,000 monthly

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and designing effective learning experiences for our employees and clients. Your main responsibility will be to analyze training needs, design engaging and innovative learning materials, and ensure the successful implementation of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop appropriate learning solutions.
• Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, and other learning resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning experiences.
• Implement various instructional design strategies, such as scenario-based learning, gamification, and microlearning, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Create assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in instructional design and recommend new tools and techniques to improve learning experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of training materials.
• Provide support to trainers and facilitators during the delivery of training programs.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing training materials to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories, principles, and techniques.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
• Experience in designing and developing instructor-led training materials and virtual training sessions.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
