Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Power System Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Power System Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical power systems for various projects. This includes creating electrical schematics, selecting equipment, and conducting feasibility studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in power system design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical power systems for a variety of projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
• Create detailed electrical schematics utilizing industry-standard software.
• Select appropriate equipment, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear, based on project specifications and budget constraints.
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine the most efficient and cost-effective power system design.
• Collaborate with team members, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of power systems into overall project design.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and optimize power system designs.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess existing electrical systems for renovation or upgrade projects.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and other documentation for project proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical power system design.
• Proficient in industry-standard electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
