Position: Robotics Maintenance Technician

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Robotics Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our robotic systems. You will utilize your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with our robotic equipment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality
• Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with robotic equipment, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Perform repairs and replacements of damaged or malfunctioning parts
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify and implement improvements to the robotic systems
• Utilize computer software to program and modify robotic systems as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on robotic equipment
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in robotic technology and implement best practices for maintenance and repairs
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repairs on robotic systems

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical degree or certification in robotics, automation, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in robotics maintenance or a similar role
• Strong understanding of robotic systems, including programming, operation, and maintenance
• Proficient in using computer software for programming and troubleshooting robotic equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems is preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, and work in a physically demanding environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for after-hours emergencies if needed
