• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary courses and projects

• Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating professionalism and ethical behavior in all aspects of teaching and research

Qualifications:

• PhD in Education or a related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level
• Proven record of research and publications in the field of education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
• Passion for education and commitment to student success
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide students
• Knowledge of current teaching methods and technologies in education
