Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs in accordance with Oasis College of Medicine's mission and goals.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to design curriculum and lesson plans that align with educational standards and best practices.
Oversee the recruitment and training of faculty members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver quality education.
Monitor the progress and performance of students, and provide support and guidance to ensure their success.
Continuously evaluate and improve educational programs, incorporating feedback from faculty, students, and industry professionals.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance educational opportunities for our students.
Manage the budget and resources allocated for educational programs, ensuring efficient use of funds.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in education, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our programs.
Organize events and workshops to promote education and engage with the community.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop strategies for promoting educational programs and increasing enrollment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Proven experience as an Education Coordinator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of education principles, curriculum development, and instructional strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of faculty, staff, and external partners.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software.
