Position: Education Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Coordinator to join our team. The Education Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, managing curriculum and training materials, and providing support to teachers and students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and objectives
• Design and maintain curriculum and training materials for various educational programs
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure all educational programs are effectively delivered and evaluated
• Conduct regular needs assessments to identify gaps in educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance educational offerings and resources
• Monitor and track program outcomes and provide regular reports to leadership
• Manage the budget for educational programs and initiatives
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in education and incorporate them into program development
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and students to ensure their success in educational programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to promote our programs and offerings
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and educational institutions, representing our brand and values in a professional manner
• Plan and coordinate events and activities to promote educational programs and engage the community
• Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to attract and retain students for our educational programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program development and coordination
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for education and a commitment to promoting equal access to education for all individuals
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software and technology platforms
• Ability to travel as needed for program-related events and activities
