Overview: Pearl Zenith Science College is seeking a highly motivated Education Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our education programs and initiatives. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Pearl Zenith Science College's education programs, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update curriculum, educational materials, and resources
• Monitor the progress of participants and provide necessary support and guidance to ensure their success
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of education program staff and volunteers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program participants, attendance, and program outcomes
• Develop and implement strategies to increase program reach and impact within the community
• Serve as the main point of contact for program partners, schools, and community organizations
• Identify and secure funding opportunities to support education programs and initiatives
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of education programs and make necessary adjustments
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in education and incorporate them into program development and implementation
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to stakeholders and funders
• Act as a liaison between the education department and other departments within the organization
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with program participants, families, and partners
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to education programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management
• Strong understanding of education principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, families, and community partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
