Job Title: Ranch Hand

Location: Chengdu, China

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Feeding, watering, and caring for our livestock (cattle, horses, sheep, etc.)
• Assisting with breeding, birthing, and herd health management
• Fence building and maintenance
• Operating and maintaining ranch equipment such as tractors and ATVs
• General property maintenance, including mowing, gardening, and repairs
• Assisting with ranch events and activities
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous ranch or farm experience is preferred
• Knowledge of livestock care and handling
• Ability to operate and maintain ranch equipment
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Positive attitude and passion for working with animals and the outdoors

Working Conditions: This position will require you to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. You will also be required to work weekends and holidays as needed.
