Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Social Impact Manager to join our team. As the Social Impact Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote positive social change and create a lasting impact on our community. This role requires a strong understanding of social issues, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social impact initiatives and programs that align with our company's mission and values
• Conduct research on social issues and identify areas where our company can make a positive impact
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social impact into our business practices and operations
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and non-profit organizations to support our social impact initiatives
• Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns to raise awareness and funds for social causes
• Manage the budget and resources allocated to social impact initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
• Develop metrics and mechanisms to measure the success and impact of our social impact programs
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the progress and impact of our social impact initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay updated on current social issues and trends, and provide recommendations on potential areas for social impact
• Act as a spokesperson for our company's social impact efforts, representing us at conferences, events, and media interviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a social impact or community engagement role
• Strong understanding of social issues and a passion for creating positive change
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in developing and implementing social impact strategies and initiatives
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours as needed
• Experience in fundraising and event planning is a plus
