Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of potential investment opportunities by evaluating financials, market trends, competitive landscape, and growth potential.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee, clearly outlining the potential risks and opportunities of each investment.
Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking.
Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, providing regular updates to the investment team.
Assist with the management of portfolio companies, providing support and guidance as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying potential investment opportunities and risks.
Participate in meetings and calls with entrepreneurs, providing insights and feedback on their business plans and strategies.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and execute exit strategies for portfolio companies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
5 of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or private equity.
Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully evaluating and executing investments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically and independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools.
