Network Administrator

Job title: Network AdministratorWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of our company's network infrastructure. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of network technologies and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Implement and maintain network security protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive data
• Conduct regular network maintenance and upgrades to optimize performance and ensure system reliability
• Work closely with other IT teams to provide support and resolve network-related issues
• Document network processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in network technology to continuously improve our network infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN
• Experience with network security protocols and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
• Proficient in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus
