Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our education programs. You will work closely with the education team, volunteers, and external partners to ensure the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with the education team to design curriculum and resources for various education programs
• Coordinate and schedule workshops, classes, and events for students, teachers, and community members
• Manage program budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accountability
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and program facilitators
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote our programs
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Plan and coordinate field trips, guest lectures, and other educational activities
• Communicate program updates and success stories to stakeholders through various channels
• Manage program data and prepare reports for grant proposals and funding requests
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in education to continuously improve our programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or education-related roles
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in managing budgets and resources
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Passion for education and community development
