Job Title: Curriculum Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. The Curriculum Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our curriculum across all levels and subject areas. This individual will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure that our curriculum is aligned with educational standards and effectively meets the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum for all subjects and grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure that curriculum is effectively implemented in the classroom
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of curriculum to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
• Stay up-to-date on educational standards and trends, and incorporate them into curriculum development
• Monitor student progress and make recommendations for curriculum modifications as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cross-curricular integration and alignment
• Provide professional development and training for teachers on curriculum implementation
• Assist in the selection of instructional materials and resources to support the curriculum
• Manage budget and resources related to curriculum development and implementation
• Communicate with parents and community members about curriculum goals and objectives
• Collect and analyze data on student achievement and use it to inform curriculum decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and coordination
• Knowledge of current educational standards and best practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Experience with data analysis and using data to inform decision-making
• Proficiency with technology and educational software
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques
