Position Type: Full-time

Salary: EUR: €59,000 - €93,000 per year

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum for our organization. In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop learning objectives and course content
• Research and analyze industry trends and best practices to inform curriculum development
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources
• Ensure all curriculum materials are aligned with learning objectives and meet quality standards
• Review and revise existing curriculum materials as needed to ensure relevance and effectiveness
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure instructors are equipped to deliver the curriculum effectively
• Track and analyze data on the effectiveness of curriculum and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in instructional design and incorporate new techniques and technologies into curriculum development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure curriculum development aligns with company goals and initiatives
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Provide guidance and support to instructors and trainers to ensure consistent delivery of curriculum

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related role
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles
• Experience with curriculum development tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience designing curriculum for adult learners is preferred
