As the Green Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing sustainable practices within our organization and our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to reduce energy consumption, waste generation, and carbon emissions within the organization
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in energy efficiency and waste management
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement green policies and procedures
• Monitor and track the organization's progress towards achieving sustainability goals and targets
• Provide training and education to employees on the importance of sustainability and how to incorporate it into their daily work routine
• Research and recommend new technologies and practices to improve the organization's sustainability efforts
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure sustainable and environmentally-friendly products and services are used
• Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Develop and manage the budget for sustainable operations, including identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability and incorporate them into the organization's operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sustainability industry
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainability initiatives
• Experience in developing and managing budgets
