Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
Train, develop, and manage a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Maintain and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent stock shortages.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to provide feedback and address any concerns.
Collaborate with other store managers and departments to share best practices and drive company-wide initiatives.
Manage the store's budget, including labor and expenses, to maximize profitability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.
