Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision making.
• Monitor and review financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage cash flow and maintain accurate cash flow projections to ensure the company's financial stability.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions to secure funding and manage debt.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's financial practices are in line with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
