Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote our real estate services and listings. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans for real estate properties and services.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Coordinate and organize property photo shoots, videos, and virtual tours.
• Curate and update property listings on various platforms including the company website, MLS, and social media.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of advertising campaigns for properties and services.
• Liaise with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
• Monitor and track marketing efforts and provide reports and analysis to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on current market trends, real estate laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
• Creative and analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
• The role may require some travel to different properties and locations.

• May be required to work in varying weather conditions during property photo shoots and events.
