Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management, preferably in a higher education setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment methods.

Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
