Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate commercial aircraft while adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies
Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is in proper working condition
Communicate with air traffic control to ensure safe and efficient navigation
Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans
Work closely with the flight crew, including co-pilots, flight attendants, and ground support staff, to ensure a smooth and successful flight
Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the flight
Maintain accurate records of flight details and submit reports as required
Stay up-to-date on all safety procedures and emergency protocols
Continuously monitor and assess potential risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate them
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay current with industry standards

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field preferred
Minimum of 3,000 hours of flight time, with at least 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command
Experience flying commercial aircraft preferred
Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety procedures
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
Must pass a rigorous background check and drug test
