You will be the go-to person for any technical questions or concerns, and you will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure our clients have a successful experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients on the usage and application of our building materials
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by clients
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials technology
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs
• Assist in the development and testing of new building materials and products
• Travel to client sites to provide on-site technical support when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on building materials

• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical individuals
• Experience with CAD software and other technical tools
