Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of software products.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software development processes and tools.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the team, providing technical leadership and support.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proven expertise in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C++, Python).
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with database design and management (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your previous software development projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
• Strong understanding of software security best practices.
